The acronym RAIN is a method for practicing mindfulness and compassion using four steps: Recognize what is happening; Allow the experience to be there, just as it is; Investigate with interest and care; Nurture with self-compassion. The benefit of the RAIN practice is to free yourself from any limiting sense of self and to make peace with our past hurts so that we can give ourselves the gift of owning the precious natural freedom of your being. It also allows us the ability to be fully present for people in our lives who are suffering without loosing ourselves in the process.
Attendees must not present any illness when attending classes, must wear a mask, and necessary precautions of social distance will be observed. Please bring your own beverage if desired
