You spend much of your life sharing yourself with others, giving to others, and supporting those around you in so many ways.
Take time to explore the gift that is YOU! How can you mindfully, and with intention live your life as this gift? Come, explore, and enjoy a special day devoted to the gift of YOU.

Our hands are thought to hold energy points that channel your body energy. Discover the ways you can use mudras for health and empowerment.
2. Recharge – get quiet! – Kathryn Rambo
Unless you are coming from a calm and centered place, it is difficult to share yourself with others. Find that inner calm center that is always there.
3. The healing gift of aromatherapy – Janine Trede
Used for centuries for stress relief and healing, learn the benefits of oils and make a special blend for you and one for a friend. (limit 12)
4. Connecting with meaning and purpose – Jackie Schultz
The gift in connecting with each other is a tapestry that we weave throughout our life. Discover how the earth, your spirit, and your past combine to make your life more meaningful and intentional.
5. Feeding your creativity – Chellie Beaudot
Get your creative juices flowing when you make-and-take a few items and gather lots of ideas to continue your handmade gift giving – your gifts from the heart.

A consciousness of God is only a thought or a breath away. Be inspired to use the gift of prayer in your own life—often and with delight!
9. Compassionate communication – Kathryn Rambo
Communicating with others is a gift but how do we communicate in a loving caring way with others, even those who are difficult, without expectations?
10. Restorative yoga – Jamie Mullen
Discover how this gentle practice helps to release tension and aids in physical and mental balance. Bring your mat – props will be provided (limit 14)
