Vision Harvest

Vision Harvest provides cataract surgery for free to persons without insurance or have no means to pay for the surgery themselves. Each year, participating eye physicians evaluate prospective cataract patients and schedule them for their free cataract procedure. Eligible patients will have ALL eye examinations, testing, medications, and surgery provided to them free of charge.
