Healing Workshop: Navigating Through Loss and Grief

The grieving process is very personal and unique to each person, and can occur from the loss of a loved one, a job, an identity, a pet, or other transition or change. During this workshop, we will utilize meditation, journaling, sound, and herbal medicine to learn from and gently navigate through loss and change. Using guided meditation and journal prompts to help uncover what our griefs are trying to tell us, we will help guide participants in working with the more than human world to ritualize and process grief so it can be integrated into our lives rather than feeling like a barrier to joy. We will experience how music and sound act as a doorway to support us, helping us process the complex emotions that exist under the umbrella called grief.
