About The Event
The very act of forgiveness is a spiritual practice in and of itself. Acknowledging what you have done or what someone has done to you is integral to the process of letting go and not living in the past. This class will take a look at difficult emotions that are road blocks to the process of forgiveness and what forgiving really means. The class will end with the Buddhist practice of the Lovingkindness Meditation that assists us to forgive ourselves and others.
