About The Event
The practice of gratitude can be a challenge when life becomes chaotic, dark, hopeless and we feel overwhelmed and lost. Gratitude encompasses being thankful for what we have (tangible or intangible), pausing to acknowledge the goodness that is in our lives that gets buried by the noise of the outside world. We will learn how to regain our footing in troubled times and how simple gratitude practices and the psalms can help us see the Light that is still present, to relish good experiences and to feel more alive and be compassionate and kind to others as well as our selves.
