Sound Bath for Spring with Herbal Tea

Join us for a sound bath to honor Spring and experience a meditation with herbal tea to relax, unwind, and reflect. We’ll start with drinking a calming herbal tea during a short meditation, and then experience a deep sense of relaxation through the use of music and tones. This sound bath will give you the opportunity to do some energetic spring cleaning, wash away remnants of our spiritual winter to draw in fresh spiritual spring energies strengthening our belief in ourselves and our abilities to grow.
