Guided by the sounds of the singing bowls, Freenotes wing and resonating pan drum we will move away from the demands and the pressures of the chaotic holiday season and slip instead into our inner sanctuary, the quiet still point that exists deep inside us. Winter is a time of hibernation and is Nature’s way to show us that we too can slow down and rest. Winter invites us to move into an unhurried pace, to withdraw into our sanctuary to restore our Self. Here we can find the returning of our inner light as the days slowly become longer.
