The Spirituality of Gratitude

Gratitude is the thankful appreciation for what we have received, whether it was an email, a hug, a healing or heartfelt gift. When we are grateful, we are intentionally acknowledging the good in our lives which is easily obscured by the events in today's society. We will learn how to add the practice of gratitude to our daily lives, learning how to lood for the small joys and mini-miracles that permeate our day to day lives. We will have the opportunity to share things we are grateful for. The class will conclude with a guided meditation to remember and savor all the blessings you have to be grateful for.
