About The Event
We are afraid of it....and we long for it". Excerpt from "Inviting Silence" by Gunilla Norris. All sounds, from a whisper to a heavy metal band, arise out of silence and disappear into silence. It is always there, beneath sound. It is the space where sound can exist. This class will explore the nature of silence, external and internal, and the gifts we receive in silence. We will conclude with a meditation that will lead us into our Interior Silence, to hear the voice of God that speaks to us in our hearts.
