About The Event
The Herren Project says that from the beginning of time, humans have communicated by telling stories. From hieroglyphics to theater to television, stories are essential to human cognitive, social, and emotional development. Telling our personal story helps us in countless ways. It helps us to understand ourselves, to see how far we have come, to have compassion for others, and to experience at a deeper level that we are all the same. Telling our story also helps us to forgive and to make peace with our life experiences. Begin the process and take this opportunity to set the foundation for exploring your story, releasing what no longer serves you and for focusing on your gifts, talents and possibilities. After the last 5 months of work in getting out the vote this class is an opportunity for us to share our stories as women.
