So much of our lives is focused upon Action. We are always asking the question, “What can I do?” The result is that over the years Action has become the focus and Contemplation has taken a back seat. Over the course of the study of this book, we will not only read about how contemplation can enhance our personal lives, but also, how it can bring about social transformation. Please join me as we journey down this road together.
